Making the decision to use alternative remedies as dog cancer treatment
If
you have just found out that your dog has cancer, you may feel like
taking the most radical action possible. Of course, you don’t want
to sit by and do nothing. Most dog owners feel helpless and want to
start providing dog cancer treatment immediately. In traditional
Western medicine, cancer is typically treated with radiation and
chemotherapy. However, it may indeed make sense for you to stop, take
a deep breath and consider all of your options for dog cancer
treatment. These considerations should definitely include alternative
medicine.
Homeopathy,
for example, is best used at the beginning of a dog cancer treatment program. Once the radical medical treatments have been given, it can
be harder to make the illness go away. It has been “locked in,”
so to speak. You want your dog’s body as strong as it can be to
heal itself. However, on the other hand, homeopathy can often be a
slow and gentle process. You may not see instant results. In fact,
initially your dog can appear to even get worse as the healing
process is taking place. Homeopathy can offer a lot of hope as a dog
cancer treatment, but you will have to exercise some patience.
During
the biofeedback process, the practitioner taps into your dog’s
energy fields. The end result is the discovery of the source of your
dog’s disease.
Once
this information is found, you can then put together a unique alternative dog cancer treatment plan that addresses a wide variety of issues including
imbalances, digestive disorders, emotional issues, allergies, toxic
build-up, to name a few.
Once
you jump into the traditional modes of treating cancer, it may be too
late for holistic medicines to be as effective as they otherwise may
be. For example, chemotherapy and radiation tend to further weaken
the body. Your dog is already sick and his or her body is already
under stress. These forms of Western medicine can sometimes be too
much for a dog to take. However, if you consider alternative medicine
as a dog cancer treatment in the beginning stages of your dog’s
disease, the results can be quite impressive.
